Weekend
From now until Tuesday, we have a trigger warning in the sky. Stay grounded. Stay levelheaded. Mars, the planet of war and passion is coming into a square with Pluto, the planet of intensity, death and power. Quite a mix! Somewhere in your life you or someone around you may feel a pressure cooker like energy. Something is rising from deep under the surface. Something wants to break open. Somewhere in your consciousness sleeping volcanoes are rising. Something is becoming clear. There is an awakening.
Mars is in Taurus. Mars is force, action, and energy. While Taurus is ruled by Venus, gentle, pleasure and comfort seeking. Taurus is possessive. It wants what it wants. It’s stubborn. Try moving a bull when it doesn’t want to move. However, Mars is pushing the bulls to move. Mars is influencing all Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) to be flexible and make changes. Somewhere in your chart the Taurus and Fixed sign energies are being asked to move, to take action.
However, Mars tendency is to be pushy, not waste time and get things done. But in Taurus, we must slow down and allow change to occur on its own. How can you push a seed to grow into a sprout? Its very essence guides it from the inside out. You can’t push for change. Change happens from within. Change happens when the seed is ready to grow. Thus, there is part of you that holds the Taurus energy and is being asked to grow just like the seed into a sprout. Will you let growth occur? Will you transform? Or will you stay in the same spot for longer? Life doesn’t judge us. It simply provides the opportunity. But we must take it if we want it. That’s the invitation right now. But the pressure will continue…
The square of Pluto in Aquarius adds pressure. Pluto in air is about our mind. Our thoughts. How what we think about affects our life. Notice your thoughts. Notice your inner dialogue. Notice your actions as they are a reflection of your mind. Notice where the pressure is in your life. The pressure is leading us to make necessary changes in our lives. Pluto teaches us about power and death. Something inside of us or in our lives is dying so something new may be birthed.
I’ve been in the room when a loved one died. And at the moment of death, I saw their Guardian Angel standing next to the Angel of Death. Yes. There is an Angel of Death. And believe it or not, I’ve seen Him. And when I saw Him, I was at awe and felt great respect in my heart for His Peace but also of His Power. Angels work for God and They take Their work seriously. And when it’s our time to go, we will be taken Home. Pluto in Mythology is the God of Death. When something dies in our lives, it is a Sacred Moment. The moment of leaf falls from a tree, it’s a miracle when you think about it. The way it slowly changes from green to yellow to brown. There is a time and place for everything. Part of the spiritual lesson right now is to accept change. Accept the moments of Death and the moments of Birth. To allow change. Change is evitable. Notice where change is showing up for you in your life. Notice what change in perspective or behavior you are invited to take. Notice what actions you are inspired to take.
So the square between Mars and Pluto this weekend is building pressure. Pressure to help us move in the right direction. Pressure pointing to a change in our lives. Perhaps it’s gradual change. Perhaps it’s change that occurs all at once. However, change and transformation are showing up for you. Pay attention. Heed the warning signs. Life is showing you. Let the leafs turn from green to yellow to brown. Let them fall onto the ground. Trust the process of Life. Trust the Divine. Trust your Soul to create and guide your life.
