Week Ahead Astrology

The current state of the Sky reflects a lack of air element. The air element speaks of communication, thinking and movement. There may be difficulties in communication. We may feel confused or simply not have enough information to make decisions or choices. We are navigating in the dark using our instinct and intuition.

The sky has a lot of fire with 5 energies in Aries (Neptune, Sun, Saturn, Venus and Chiron). There is a feeling of needing to make changes but not knowing how or when. With high water and fire in the sky we may have the tendency to be more impatient, irritable and excitable. We may want to start something new but may need more information to get it completed or we may begin it and not finish it. There can be a feeling of overwhelm with too much too do and not enough time or resources to get it done.

Patience is needed. Creative solutions are possible at this time as Aries helps inspire and pioneer. We may find new solutions to old problems. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, in many ways it can be the Fool Card in the Tarot. We step into the unknown with enthusiasm and wing it as we move forward it. Think things through. It may be helpful to see the bigger picture. Choose actions from a place of inspiration, intuition and inner wisdom.

Saturn will be meeting with the Sun in Aries this week, this will help us receive more energy to get things done. The Sun is in dignity in Aries, while Saturn is not. So it may feel like we take one step forward and two steps back. Be patient as we may need to adapt and go with the flow this week. Things changing and new structures are being built in our lives but we may need to adapt our perspective. Mercury is in Pisces direct and that will help soften our mind so we may go with the current and swim to safer shores.

As the Light of the Moon increases in the sky this week, we have a First Quarter Moon on Wednesday. We get to see and experience what we have planted so far. We have an opportunity to make corrections and adjustments in our lives. We are now aware of what is no longer serving us. Notice what comes up for you this week and what areas of your life are highlighted for change and transformation.

The Moon is the only planet that will be in the air element this week. The Moon rules the body and feelings/emotions. Listen to your body. Listen to your feelings and emotions. They will provide you with important insights this week. Trust your gut and deep inner knowing. Practice emotional intelligence.

The week also highlights a powerful sextile between Saturn, the builder and Pluto, the transformational, death/rebirth agent of the sky. The sextile perfects on the 28th but we will be feeling it this entire week. Pluto adds intensity to the mix. There is an intense desire for change. Our thoughts and feelings may be more intense. Pluto likes to get its way, no matter the cost. Be mindful of how you use your power this week and how others use their power on you.

Saturn in Aries wants to build something new and pioneering. We are not get able to see what is being built but we can feel something changing within us and in our lives. Our consciousness is shifting. Our perception is getting clearer. Saturn asks that we be grounded and serious about the changes we wish to make. We are asked to be mindful of what inspires and drives us right now. We are asked to know what we want and take the actions necessary to make it happen.

However, Mars is Pisces still. Mars in Pisces is about surrender to the Divine. Mars can’t just make things happen on will alone in this sign. It must go with the flow, it must swim with the current, and it must know and trust that it is part of a greater Cosmic Ocean. The North Node also in Pisces is asking us to have faith. The word Faith at its core means “to know.” We must know. Our work is to clear the path ahead. Clear our mind, heart and life. Make space for the new to arise. Know what we want. Know that the Universe is giving us a helping hand. Know what thoughts, words and actions to make to have what we want and need right now.

Mars in Pisces is working with Jupiter in Cancer, which is exalted. Jupiter is teaching us to have faith, trust and wisdom. Take action based on your inner wisdom. Create based on your deep inner guidance. Expect help from the Universe in unexpected ways. This week we are getting prepared for the upcoming Full Moon in Libra. Libra teaches us to find balance, beauty, connection and create harmony in our lives. There will be peace. Peace is making itself known. Pay attention to the signs and synchronicities this week, and allow the Universe to support your efforts. You walk with Angels. Trust.
