Weekly Astrology 7/28-8/2

Everyday we encounter Grace. A new beginning is gifted as the Sun rises for another day. This week, we enter a new chapter as the Nodes of Fate change signs. The North Node moves into Aquarius and the South Node into Leo.

Notice what placements you have in the fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) in your natal chart as these will feel the pull to change and transformation for next months. Some of you may be having a Nodal Return, a powerful re-alignment of purpose, meaning and reason for living which happens roughly every 18 years. Notice what your life was like 18-19 years ago. Notice themes and spiritual lessons at the time.

The Nodes point to us our own destiny and fate. Yes, there are things in our lives that are fated. We have fated encounters and spiritual lessons that help us grow and become better versions of ourselves. Thank the Universe for all the difficult lessons that turned your heart from rock into a diamond. It is through the darkness that we appreciate and understand the Light.

We are being re-aligned right now. The Nodes of Fate have opened a new door for us to step through. Notice this and last week and the choices you made. Notice now how those choices are the stepping stones in the path ahead. Notice the deeper calling inside your heart. Notice what your Soul is asking of you. That thing that you can’t stop thinking about. That dream that doesn’t let you sleep. That fire that keeps burning within you no matter the storm. Listen.

The North Node of Fate is now pointing us to Aquarius. In the sign of Aquarius we graduate as humans, in the sign after that, we enter the realm of spirit. We are asked right now to focus on our humanity. What does it mean to be human? What is your role in the larger family of humanity? Did you think you came to Earth only for you? No. You came here for your family, for your friends and community. You are the missing piece in someone’s life. You are the thread that binds the tapestry of all that you have been and are yet to be.

Aquarius teaches us about friendship. What if we choose friendship? I think of how many clients I have looking for love, for their one. And I often think, why not look for a good friend? A person that can share your path with you. A person that will give you water when you are thirsty. A person that will help you up when you fall. A person that will see your Light when you forget to shine. A friend. I think we can all use one. But perhaps, we can also choose to be that for others. What if we choose to be friendlier. Friendlier to our loved ones. Friendlier to our coworkers. Friendlier to everyone around us. What if you stopped waiting for people to be different with you and instead you took the reins of your life and choose to be what you are looking for. Then perhaps you would find that you are the one you are looking for. That the Love you seek has always been within you. This is the opportunity right now. To become whole in and of yourself. That what we seek in the outer world is already with us.

Aquarius is asking us to be friends not only to others but also to ourselves. What if we were kinder and more gentle with ourselves? What would your life look like then? You carry you with you everywhere you go. Perhaps its time to invite a good companion to show up in the journey that remains of your life.

The Nodes are preparing us for the upcoming Full Moon in Aquarius that takes place on July 29th 2026. A Full Moon is a period of culmination, completion and illumination. Think back about 6 months ago at the New Moon in Aquarius what was coming up for you then? Now, that energy peaks and we enter a time of realization of what began during that New Moon.

The Full Moon in Aquarius is conjunct Pluto and is opposing the Sun and Jupiter in Leo. Opposing views are highlighted. Confrontation, stress and conflict in possible in relationships. We may be of two minds about something. We may not know which option to choose and may go back and forth on a subject matter somewhere in our lives. The opposing energetic pull of this Full Moon invites us to pause and think about what we are doing.

Why? Saturn just turned retrograde in the sign of Aries, we are asked to get a good look at ourselves, our choices and our life direction. What are you creating, building, manifesting and why? How are your relationships serving as mirrors to your own self. Fixed signs can be stubborn, and the Full Moon is highlighting the tendency to want things to go our way. Things may bubble up to the surface for us to look at and change. The tendency to want to be right and point the finger in judgement at others. We might be doing this or it is being done to us.

The Sun and Jupiter and Leo are asking us to make choices driven by the wisdom of our heart. We are asked to follow the Light within. Listen to our inner knowing and be generous with our love and care. While Aquarius is asking us to be more emotionally detached and see things from a logical perspective. The opposition between both Luminaries is asking us to find balance between heart and mind. Not one side has the whole story. We are asked to find the middle ground. We are asked to step away from drama, game-playing, power-plays and all that keep us from showing up in our lives authentically and wholeheartedly. As someone very wise once said, “ain’t no body got time for that!”

This Full Moon invites us to find power and wisdom within. The power that comes from finding balance and harmony within our own self. The wisdom that comes from being at peace with yourself and others.  Notice where in your chart Leo and Aquarius show up as these are the places where the Full Moon will play out.

Full Moons also bring in new people, places and things into our lives. Keep an eye out for that. As the Nodes of Fate have changed signs so are the new home works being given to each of us by the Universe. Notice what the new spiritual lessons are. Do the work. As Saturn is retrograde we get an opportunity to make better choices. Choose your thoughts, words and actions carefully. And may your Soul, Angels and God guide your path ahead.
