Half Way Point of the Nodal Return

The more I study and practice Astrology, the more fascinated and awed I am at the level of accuracy that it can sometimes bring in symbolic and literal terms. Just like in nature we have cycles like spring and winter, so do we have energetic cycles of birth and death in our own lives. There are moments of birthing in our lives that are pivotal to our destiny, doorways of opportunity that open or close based on our choices. Moments when we stand at the door of a choice, when we have an opportunity to welcome what the Universe brings into our lives or not

We stand at a decisive doorway now, as we are currently experiencing the half way point of the Nodal return, which occurs every 19 years or so. Think back to your life and what it was like on 2015-2016. What choices did you make then? How are those choices relevant now? What did you invest your energy in? What return did you get for your investment? How are you investing your energy now? The midway point of the Nodal return gives us an opportunity to do reassessment of our lives and get a reality check. We have an opportunity to check in with ourselves and be honest and real about the choices we have made than lead to us to this point in time.  We have an opportunity to make a different choice or continue on the path that we have chosen. The conjunction also activates the recent Eclipse Season in March-April 2024. Recall your life then and the themes and lessons that showed up for you then.

Mars conjunct North Node in Aries

Mars in Aries, is a decisive, direct, honest and action-oriented energy and it will be conjunct the North Node of Fate on May 19th. We are already feeling this energetic alignment. The energies of this conjunction will be felt this and next week. We stand at a threshold and a pivotal point in our lives. Notice how its showing up for you in your life. The last time Mars conjunct the North Node was back in 2005-2006 and before that 1987-1988. Think back to what your life was like then. What were the lessons and themes in your life then?

Mars in Aries as a symbolic tool can be like the Sword of Truth or a palette knife used for mixing or applying paint in art. It is a tool that can transform. As Mars connects with the North Node, we have an opportunity to use the Sword of Truth to cut through mental and behavioral patterns, and situations and circumstances that no longer serve us. As a palette knife, we are gifted with creativity and inspiration to paint a new picture for ourselves and our lives. Our life becomes our work of art. What are you inspired to create?

Pay attention to your inner compass and the choices inspired within you by your inner, wise being this week. We have an opportunity for course correction right now. We have an opportunity to make choices that are in alignment with our Soul’s Truth and life purpose. We have an opportunity to review our lives up to this point with compassion and understanding for the choices we have made, and reevaluate the course ahead. Learn the lessons and move forward with an open heart and mind. Listen to your inner wisdom and notice where you are being lead next. Write it down and get clear on where you are headed.

When I was a little girl, I would sit for hours outside gazing at the skies, admiring the mantle of stars that held me…I am forever grateful for the gifts that Astrology has given me, the ability to see my life through the Eyes of the Divine and understand and appreciate the lessons that my Soul is learning. We are here to learn, to grow and to become better versions of ourselves.
