Challenging energies today. Murky waters ahead.

Venus Retrograde squares Jupiter, and Mars opposes Neptune today. This is not a day to start something new, as we may not see things clearly. It’s a day to stay put, pay attention, and learn the lessons the Universe is giving us. Great day for creative pursuits.

With Mars opposite Neptune, we may feel confused as to what actions to take. Deception, illusions, and disappointments may come to the surface. Energies can manifest internally or externally. Avoid escapism. Watch for addictive behaviors in yourself or others. Express your emotions in creative and productive ways. Cultivate a clear, calm mind. Stay grounded in reality. See things for what they are not for what you want them to be.  Face disappointments with Grace.

With Venus Retrograde squares Jupiter, there is a deep expansion in the lessons we are learning from the retrograde. Notice what you have been learning about love, money, relationships, and your desires.  Retrogrades teach us to take accountability for our actions, words, and thoughts. We are taught to take responsibility for the way we express the energy of Venus in our lives. Tension surfaces today as there is a need to let go and grow. Don’t blame the past. Learn from it. There is a need to face the truth and see things clearly. Watch for a tendency to be overly critical of yourself or others, entitlement, or taking things out of proportion.  Stay present. Stay kind.

Things to do today: Journal and write your feelings. Do something creative. Meditate. Go for a walk or run. Get a massage. Do breathwork. Practice pranayama. Take a Yoga class. Clean up. Clear clutter. Listen to music. Don’t take things personally. Learn from the past. Practice understanding, patience, and tolerance.
