Venus conjunct South Node Square Pluto
Today, Venus conjuncts the South Node. Then, Venus squares Pluto on Sunday, December 3. This particular order of energetic configurations has not happened since 1763! This is a big deal worldwide so watch the news in the next weeks but also at a personal level. Venus in Libra is exalted, which makes the planet very strong. All things Venus are highlighted: Money, Resources, Love, Relationships, Peace, Diplomacy and Agreements. The South Node is like a dark, black hole that swallows what no longer serves us. Venus conjunct the South Node is asking us to let go of something we’ve held dear, of something that has reached its expiration date. Notice what you have let go of, what you are in the process of letting go of, and what you want to transform in the areas influenced by Venus. Change is inevitable right now. Doors are closing so new ones may open. As much as we may fight the current, life is leading us forward. Move with the Universe…
We are learning powerful spiritual lessons about our passions, desires, self-love, love of others, and our world community connections. We are also learning about our finances and about the things that matter most to us as Venus represents what we value at the core of our being. Venus is asking us to face our heart of hearts and get honest with ourselves about the areas ruled by Venus. We are asked to evaluate the state of our relationships, desires, and goals. For example, maybe when you were younger you wanted to be a doctor or president of your country, but now you realize you have a different goal. Venus is helping us to see whether the dreams we have are still in alignment with who we now are. Venus represents the heart so we are invited to visit the Temple of our Heart and get honest with ourselves about who we now are and what we want now. People, situations, and circumstances will leave our lives. Change is here.
There is a powerful quote by H. W. L. Poonja that states the current lesson best: “Whatever comes, let it come. What stays, let it stay. What goes, let it go.” There is great wisdom in going with the flow right now and allowing the Universe to help us let go of what no longer serves us. We can allow the Universe to show us the next steps ahead on our journey of life. We can listen to our hearts and pay attention to life as it unfolds. Life is always working for us, not against us. There is Divine Timing in all things unfolding in our lives and in nature…life does not unfold in our timing…we may want the flower to open quicker so we can enjoy her fragrance but it will open in her own timing…everything works this way…trust there is a timing to your life…trust the unfolding…trust the process…
