Venus, the Goddess of Love, Money and Sex enters the sign of Scorpio on Thursday. Scorpio is ruled by Mars.

When I think of Venus in Scorpio, I think of a musician holding a guitar with his eyes closed, feeling the notes deep into his heart and attempting to communicate the depth of love, longing and passion he feels onto the song he’s playing. Venus in Scorpio is private, deep, intense, introspective, loyal and passionate. Venus burns with steady, deep fire that can be all consuming. Venus in Scorpio wishes to merge her Soul with the beloved, like a drop of water surrenders into a pond. 

While Venus in Scorpio we have an opportunity to explore the depth of our passions and increase our capacity to Love deeply and profoundly. What or who do you Love? What are your passionate about? What or who lights your fire?

Since Love and Desire for Venus in Scorpio can be all consuming, the spiritual lesson is to be wise about what we Love and what we are passionate about. Mars, which rules Venus in Scorpio, teaches us to focus our energy with conscious intent and purpose. Mars is a fighter. Venus in Scorpio is a Warrior Princess. What is worth fighting for? What is your energy invested in? What do you wish to pursue? Venus in Scorpio fights for what she wants. She focuses on the goal and will stop at nothing until it is attained. What goal, desire or dream are you wanting to attain?

Venus will be in Scorpio from November 26, 2025, to December 20, 2025. During this period of time we have an opportunity to get to know the depth of our heart. What does your heart long for? What is the longing, desire, and want in the deepest corner of your heart? While Venus is in Scorpio we can explore the private, hidden spaces of our heart and Soul. Get very honest with ourselves and check in with the truth in our hearts. Venus in Scorpio is deeply intimate and private. We can have intimate and private conversations with our own Soul and others in our lives. We can have real conversations!  We can recognize our inner Soulmate and, in that meet, other Soulmates in the outer world.

While Venus is in Scorpio we can explore our creativity. What fires up your creativity? What inspires you? Who or what is your Muse? This is a powerful time to explore what fires your creativity and explore new creative outlets and pursuits. Get creative!

Venus in Scorpio is also deeply sensual and sexual. It is a powerful time to explore your sensuality and your sensual expression in the world. What makes you feel sexy? Explore what fires you up both sensually and sexually. Great time to explore your inner feminine and its manifestation onto the world.

Lastly, Venus in Scorpio is deeply sensitive and innocent. One of the symbols of Scorpio is the White Dove. While Venus is in Scorpio we can return to our innocence. We can return to our inner purity. The place in our hearts that is innocent and childlike. We can return to a pure heart….
