Monday

The powerful energy felt over the weekend carry into Monday. The New Moon is already felt before it even takes place. Monday is ruled by the Moon. The Moon is currently in her dying phase preparing us not only for the upcoming New Moon in Cancer on Wednesday this week but also the ingress of Uranus into Gemini in early July. Both Lunar and Uranian energies can be felt as anxiety, stress and increase in fear or worry. Stay grounded in your body. Breathe. We may feel more sensitive, emotionally introspective and vulnerable than usual. Self-care is important right now. The Moon in her dying phase is teaching us to surrender, release and let go of something in our lives. We are asked to heal, balance and forgive so we may start a new phase somewhere in our lives.

The Moon also rules the Sun right now which is in the sign of Cancer. In Ancient Astrology, Cancer is the Temple of the Moon. The Moon shines the Light of the Sun, symbolic of the Light of Spirit onto Earth and her inhabitants. Focus on your inner Light. Return to the people, places and things that help your inner Light shine bright and steady. The sign of Cancer teaches us about the Moon, which represents our emotions, our past, our home, our body and our family life. As the Light of the Sun is reflected on the Moon, so can our Spirit reflect its peace and intelligence onto our body and mind. Connect to your innermost Light and let it expand into your mind, body and life.

Notice what has come up for you in these areas of your life ruled by the Moon recently. Notice the state of family, home, emotions, and body. Notice what burdens, heaviness and emotional angst need to be surrendered and transformed at this time. Let your emotional intelligence guide you into more peace, calm and understanding.

 The Sun squared Saturn (represents reality and solid foundations in our lives) yesterday and today it squares Neptune (represents dreams and illusions). Our eyes and minds are open to deeper truths and meanings. The veil of illusion is clearing.  The squares are asking us to face uncomfortable truths and situations. We are shown the mirages we have created in our lives. The fog is lifted. We are asked to find solid, stable ground. What is stable, solid ground in your life? What is reliable and stands the test of time? We are asked to check in with our intuition and emotional intelligence as we examine and question our dreams and current views of reality. What is real and worth investing your energy in? Is the reality that you have created one you wish to continue to participate in? Are the dreams you are pursuing realistic? What is fantasy and what is reality? What is truly possible? Remember, anything is truly possible to a willing heart. What is your heart willing to create?

The Moon is wise. She teaches us to listen to our body, which is a gateway to our intuition and a doorway to our Soul’s wisdom. Pay attention to how things feel. Your body speaks the truth, if something doesn’t feel right it’s because it’s not right. Pay attention to what doesn’t feel good and what does. Learn to listen to the cues that your innate body wisdom provides you with every day. Learn to access the Divine Truth within you.

Tuesday

Tuesday is ruled by Mars. Mars is now in Virgo and has closed a chapter that lasted since last Fall season. We are in new territory now. Mars in Virgo wants to get things done effectively. Mars in Virgo doesn’t like to waste time. There is no time to waste. Life is happening now. Mars in Virgo is asking us to have a plan of action. What is your plan? What actions are you now ready to take to change and transform your life? The Moon squares the North Node of Fate, we may still feel uncertain about things. That’s ok. Listen within. Direction and Guidance will come from the Divine. Pay attention to life, it will show you the way forward.

Today, we have a Jupiter Cazimi! Jupiter, the planet of growth, expansion, faith, Divine Truth, Divine Order and Divine Justice meets with the Divine in the Temple of the Sun. We are getting clarity about our lives and what we want to grow and expand next. A seed is planted today that will sprout in the months to come. New opportunities, spiritual guidance and transformative lessons will unfold in our lives over the course of a year. Jupiter also brings in blessings and abundance. Open your mind and heart to the generous Universe that surrounds you!

Wednesday

Wednesday is ruled by Mercury. Mercury, the Messenger of God is in the sign of Cancer, heralding in the New Moon in Cancer which takes place today. A new beginning, a new door and a new chapter begins in the Cancer/Capricorn axis in your chart. Notice what placements you have in the Cardinal Signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) as well as in the Water Signs (Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces).

This is a deeply sensitive, vulnerable and intuitive New Moon. Be gentle with yourself and gentle with those around you. The New Moon is ruled by the Moon (no, that doesn’t happen as often as you may think). A New Moon being ruled by the Moon only happens once a year. It is an opportunity to start a new emotional cycle. There is deep transformation occurring in our emotional field. We are aware of the current state of our emotional life. The Moon teaches us about nurturing, feeding and mothering ourselves and others. Notice how the role of Mother is playing in your life. Notice how you are feeding and caring for yourself and others.

As previously stated, the Moon also rules the family and home. Notice what themes and spiritual lessons are showing up for you in regard to your home and family. For example, you may want to move from your physical home to another location. If that is the case, then this New Moon period is a great time to follow through with action on what you want to do next.  Another way this New Moon may show up for you, is that you or someone around you may want to expand your family or make amends with your current family. You may want to have a child or issues may show up around your children and pets. The New Moon in Cancer signals a new cycle in our family and home life. Notice how that is showing up for you. Plant the seeds of change and take inspired action within the next 6 months.

Lastly, the New Moon activates the World Axis Points. At a collective level, we are asked to focus on family, food, water and shelter. People around the world are feeling more vulnerable about the future and more protective of their own. Emotions, which are ruled by the Moon, run high. Be wise and know from what level of consciousness you are acting. Be wise and know your intentions and allow your Soul to guide what you say and do in your life. From a spiritual perspective, the Universe is asking us to better care for one another and focus on the greater definition of family.

The Universe/God is asking us to place more awareness of what we are creating and manifesting collectively on Earth. What kind of future do you want for the next generations to come and our own? I believe that Divine Intelligence is asking us to live from the consciousness of our Soul, and less from the consciousness that seeks to divide and separate us from one another. We are one world and one family. Our Souls know this…It’s time to live it.

Thursday

Thursday is ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter is now in Cancer. Activating yesterdays New Moon and starting a brand new energetic cycle with the Sun. We are indeed in new territory. All may not be known yet. Tread with awareness and intuitive guidance. Trust yourself and trust the Universe. Ask for Guidance from your Angels, your Soul and the Divine Intelligence in the Universe.

Mercury, the Messenger of God, conjuncts the North Node of Fate today and we are receiving guidance through dreams, signs and synchronicities this week. Pay attention. Mercury sextiles Uranus and we may receive new ideas and new perspectives on things as well as unexpected news and surprises. The Sun in Cancer sextiles Mars in Virgo and we are getting inspiration on actions steps to take to better our lives and circumstances this week. Write things down. Slow down and pay attention to your inner guidance. Venus, the planet of Love and Money, sextiles the North Node as well. Our hearts are illuminated. Have faith in the journey. Have faith in Life itself. Your Soul is guiding you, let it take you by the hand as we tread into new journeys.

Friday

Friday is ruled by Venus. Venus is in Taurus. Venus is teaching us to find comfort, ease and enjoy every moment. Venus is teaching us about pleasure, joy and beauty. Explore what these mean in your life. Venus teaches us about relationships and money. Notice the state of both in your life. Notice what you are inspired to change and transform at this time.

The Moon will spend the whole day in the sign of Leo. Leo teaches us about our heart. How to shine our light into the world. There is a sense of renewed hope and joy. This is a great day to socialize and explore creative pursuits. However, be careful of overindulging. As Buddha would instruct, walk the middle path and be moderate.

One fun way to incorporate the frequencies of the Lovely Venus in Taurus right now is to play with how you dress. Venus teaches us about beauty and how to feel beautiful particularly about body adornments (clothing, shoes, jewelry, makeup, etc.) In Taurus, Venus wants to feel comfortable, at ease and yet elegant, sexy and luxurious. Notice what you wear and how you feel when you wear it. How does it make you feel? How do you want to feel? For me (I’ll tell you cause its fun) I’m searching for comfortable, sexy shoes (which is like looking for flying Unicorns! Quite a mythical quest to find lol!).

Overall, this week provides us with an opportunity to find and restore emotional equanimity. Explore what that means for you and find ways to enjoy your family, friends and loved ones.
