The Full Moon in Libra influences the entire weekend. Venus, the ruler of the Full Moon, is exalted in Pisces and moving direct on the same day. This is potent omen on all areas of life ruled by Venus. The rays of Venus can be empowering and healing. Venus is the planet of Love and money. Notice the state of your love life, money life and relationships.

A Full Moon is a completion of what began during the New Moon. Think back to what began in your Aries/Libra sector back in October of last year. What was the state of your relationships then? What is it now? What needs revision? Transformation and change? The Light of the Sun, representative of truth, reflects onto the Moon, bringing clarity and illumination into some area of our life. Notice what is lit up? Notice what the Light of Spirit is illuminating in your consciousness and in your life?

Libra teaches us how to create harmony, beauty, balance and cooperation in our relationships. Libra is partner oriented. It seeks to co-exist in peace by encouraging and equal give and take. It is a diplomatic sign. The ruler of Libra, Venus, is still in an active conjunction with Saturn (read my previous blog more info on that aspect). Saturn teaches us to mature, grow-up and take accountability for our life.

Saturn conjunct Venus is asking us to take responsibility for our relationships. How are you showing up in your relationships? What is working and what is not? If you have been in a relationship (of any sort) you know you can’t control the behavior, words or actions of another person. All you can ever do is control your own. Work on you, and let the Universe take care of the rest. Saturn teaches us to face ourselves and notice what patterns of thoughts and behaviors need to change within us so we may create more peace, Love and balance in our lives. Saturn and Venus are asking us to face ourselves in the areas of Love and money. This Full Moon is highlighting what is not working so we may change and transform it.

The Full Moon is also opposing Chiron in Aries. The opposition to Chiron is teaching us how we wound ourselves and how we wound others. Notice how you show up in relationships. Notice your choices and actions in relationships and in your financial sectors. How is the wounding showing up in these areas of your life? This weekend gives us the opportunity to heal and receive healing in our financial and relationship sectors.

If you become aware of how you wound others. Notice what doesn’t work and decide what does. Be patient and kind with yourself as you make necessary changes. If you become aware of how others have wounded you. Notice the wound and attend to it with deep care, love and commitment to yourself and your betterment. Then, don’t take it personally. It isn’t personal. There is a powerful book by Don Miguel Ruiz, entitled “The Four Agreements.” It details four simple agreements you can make with yourself to make your life better. One of which is to not take anything personally. No matter what the action of another person is. It’s never about us. It’s always about the other person and their choices. We can notice a wound. Go into the cave and heal. We can attend to ourselves. Forgive ourselves for the part we play in the wounding (if any) and we can forgive another who is simply human. Remember, there is no “how to be human” instruction book. We do what we can with what we know and have been taught.

This weekend we have an opportunity to create more balance, peace and beauty in our lives. We can work on nurturing our relationships and ourselves. We can work on improving our financial lives and we can focus on a better future for ourselves. Remember, the most powerful thing you’ve got is your attention. Where attention goes, energy goes. Where are you placing your attention? Place your attention on what matters most to you now and keep going forward, let the Light of the Moon guide you.
